Digital Product Policy
All MODAX products are digital downloads, including Framer components, UI modules, templates, and related digital assets.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a purchase has been completed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment error.
• The purchased product cannot be accessed or delivered, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• The product is materially different from what was advertised.
If one of these situations occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Many issues can be resolved quickly with guidance or updates.
