MDX_OmniHeroPlex transforms a standard hero area into an immersive video-first experience designed for premium storytelling, featured media, trailers, portfolios, campaigns, and curated content libraries.
The component accepts YouTube, Vimeo, and direct native video sources through one Media Library. Each item can define its own title, video source, display ratio, and thumbnail while the surrounding player maintains a stable frame ratio for a consistent layout.
Navigation is intentionally multi-modal. Visitors can move through the reel using on-screen arrows, velocity-aware drag gestures, keyboard navigation, the Cineplex jump list, or direct numeric selection. Playback can continue automatically to the next item when a video ends, while Theater Mode expands the active media into a focused viewing surface.
